The Oral History Project

The Oral Histories of Everyday Elders begins with the raw data of interviews. The project will interview at least one hundred elders of eighty-years and older, recording the basic oral histories, their memories, family history, recollections of parents and grandparents, where they were and their participation and reactions to events in their lives.

The interviews will include people from a variety of cultures. They will also including people of varying sexual orientations, people in mixed marriages, people of varying political beliefs, and religious backgrounds.
